About the place

Hello! I am going home 6-27 Dec for Christmas and looking for a responsible person to sublet my apartment while taking care of my cat Kino. The rent has been lowered since there are cat duties for the tenant. I hope that person is home rather often to feed and give attention to Kino. I will need to meet the tenant before renting. 

The studio is south facing, you got a lot of sun, you got internet, etc. everything you need in a apartment.
