I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate who’s interested in creating a nice home together – not just sharing the rent.

- Empty room, ready for your own furniture
- Direct access to the balcony, another balcony entrance from kitchen
- Wall color stays beige
- Bright and quiet atmosphere

🍳 About the apartment:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine, and all essentials
- Attic space available for drying laundry
- Located on Postjeskade, right by the water and close to Rembrandtpark – great for walks, cycling, or relaxing outdoors
- Whole apartment is 65 m² big

💶 Additional costs:
- One-time contribution: €320 (to cover shared initial costs of former roommate for kitchen appliances)
- Not included in rent: about €400 per year for city waste collection (shared between us)

👋 About me:
I’m Ella, 28, work as a consultant (partly from home) and enjoy spending time outdoors, relaxing or going for drinks with friends. I’d love to live with someone kind, respectful, and easy to talk to, someone who values a calm, clean, friendly home and likes the idea of actually living together rather than just coexisting.
