About the apartment:

Location: Within 20 minutes, you can be at Leidseplein by tram, and the tram stops right in front of the door.
Shops: Directly downstairs, there is a Jumbo, bakery, butcher, and various other stores, perfect for your daily needs.
Current resident: I work full-time and am usually away from 07:30 to 18:00. In the evenings, I often go out with friends, and on weekends, I usually visit my girlfriend in Belgium, so you'll often have the place to yourself.
Pet: I have a very calm dog, Benny, who goes with me to work every day, so you won't notice him much.
Who am I looking for?
I am looking for someone who studies and works, or works full-time. Someone with a quiet lifestyle during the weekdays, as I need to get up early for work. The apartment offers a cozy, peaceful atmosphere, perfect if you need to work or study during the week and enjoy some fun on the weekends!
