About the place

We have a fully furnished big and clean room for rent in the south east of Amsterdam nearby minutes walking distance of train stations ,shopping centers,grocery stores,ziggo dome,Arena stadium. 

The room price and utilities are inclusive. Free WiFi as well.

The Kitchen,toilet and bathroom will be shared by 2 other tenants.
 
We have a policy when renting out our room:

-No drinking and smoking inside the house
-No pets are allowed
-Visitations are not allowed
-Working from the room is not allowed (We keep the house separate from the office)

Regarding the deposit fee, please read the information below.

Registration cost is 200 eur per month. If you choose to register then the deposit will be 900 and rental price 900 per month. 

If you choose not to register, the deposit will be 700 and rental price 700 per month.

The rent is incl (Gas/water/Electr/wifi/taxes).
