About the place

Hello possible new housemate,
A housemate is leaving our beautiful house in the centre of Amsterdam. There is a shared living room, a bath room (with a bath), a big kitchen, a garden, dish washer, leather sofa, bicycle pump, etcetera. In short: the house is furnished and equiped, the room is freshly painted, has laminate flooring, curtains, bed with mattress. It's not a large room, but the house has it all, even a garden. There are some cupboards, in your room and on other places in the house. The price is 1014 euro's, all bills included and you can register. In total there will be living in the house: you, Wim (a way past 21 Dutch photographer) and Sara (21 years old Italian student, European Studies at UvA).
