Hi, I am renting a cozy room in a comfortable and fully furnished house, located in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
Preference: Female tenant
The room is ideal for a short-term stay (7 weeks), from June 23 to August 10.

Some notes about the House: 
•  The room is very spacious (12m²) in a 3rd floor of a building with elevator facilities
•  The room includes bed, side table, chest of drawers, clothes hangar, working table and chair as well as lights 
•⁠  ⁠guest will have access to kitchen, appliances and living room 
•⁠  ⁠high speed wifi
•⁠  ⁠6 mins walking from metro station (Strandvliet) or 12 mins walking from metro, bus and train station (Bijlmer Arena) 
•⁠  ⁠2 min from Amsterdam UMC campus
•⁠  ⁠viewing and registration are possible 

Some notes about the desired tenant:
•⁠  ⁠preference will be given to those who work from the office, study full time at the university, or spend significant time out of the house
•⁠  ⁠house is strictly non-smoking
•⁠  ⁠only for individuals (no couples or sharing)
•⁠  ⁠no pets 
•⁠  ⁠I am very particular about cleaning so you must be clean and organized too
