About the place

The room is on the third floor and we live on the first floor where the kitchen, the bathroom and the washing machine is. So we have to share them as well as the fridge. We are not really obsessed with cleaning but we like to keep the bathroom and the kitchen as clean as possible. The kitchen is an old one, it was supposed to be changed last summer but it wasn't so it doesn't look very clean as it also needs some painting but the cooker, fridge and the sink are always clean. I must also specify that there is no microwave oven or a dish washer. 
The bathroom was rebuilt last year so it is really clean and fresh. 

In the room there is a bed, a big book case, a desk and a chair and a rack to hang clothes. There is a buid in closet where clothes and/or shoes can be kept. 
In the hallway there is also a small washbasin. 
There is NO common room or other mates with whom you can have a chat at the end of the day!
The rent is 750 euros ( including utilities) plus 500 euros as guarantee. Registration is not possible. 
The room is available from 01 July 2025 and the viewing will be possible on request, beginning 24 June 2025. 
I would like to mention that it is a normal house, we are a couple in their 50's and we really like to spend our time together.
