Rent is €1395 per month and ALL bills included.
Minimum 1 year contract. 
My amazing room mate Mikaela has gone and got herself a lovely boyfriend and will move in with him soon. Best of luck to her.  So I need to find another great room mate. 
The apartment is big (over 100m2) and has plenty of space for all..
I am looking for a conscientious room mate. You should be employed full time and able to provide some references.  1 Month rent will be the deposit plus 1 month rent in advance.
Balcony is small but nice to chill with an aperol or beer in the summer.
The room is for ONE PERSON. Please dont ask for anything else.
NO students. Must have full time job and references etc..
NO Families, (Yes thats has been asked before)
NO couples (its not big enough)
NO pets: dogs or especially cats.. Cats are weird, funny, but weird. haha
