- Two sunny spacious balconies: bike friendly: you can always put your bike on the balcony 
- Parking garage opposite or Free parking within 10 minutes walking distance 
- Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine 
- Room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair 
- Price per room per person all inclusive, one person in the room 
- In the apartment now lives a female student 18 (US) and me. We are looking for a girl of the same age. 

*House rules:* 
- Only for female students between 18-23 years old 
- No guests 
- No parties 
- No pets 
- No smoking in the house 
- Keep the house clean and tidy 
- Two months notice period 
- Contract for at least ONE year 
- Available from October 2024 
- No charging of electric scooters, bicycles or similar devices in the house 
- Switch off lights and heating when leaving the rooms. Summer months heating is off.
