About the place

Two working guys (32+39 years old) are looking for a third, working guy flatmate. We are cool and easygoing, but we like to be quiet at home and keep the flat very clean. We are looking for a similar guy who is not a party animal at home and who helps  keeping the flat in a nice shape. (On a long term we plan to have a cleaner every week for the shared rooms, arranging for this is in progress.)

You would have your own private bedroom. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room are shared. The flat is fully equipped, we have fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing mashine, tv, superfast internet.

The room is available from 1 Dec. Registration is possible. The room is furnished, there is a 140*200 bed+matrass + huge gardrobe and a writing table + chair.

Viewing is possible on next Sunday (27 Oct).
