Please read the ad carefully before sending me a request. This clean, bright, furnished room is close to the city center and is available starting September 1st. The apartment is fully furnished and located in a beautiful neighborhood: Oud West, close to Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark, and Food Hallen. The room is available for a single woman who works 40 hours a week. It's clean, quiet, and non-smoking. There's no need to send me a request if you're a man, a couple, or an unemployed person. The contract is currently for one month only. Viewings are possible on weekends.
