About the place

Looking for a new flatmate in the Baarsjes as of the 1st of October.

We would be sharing the place with the two of us, each with our own living room and bedroom. We would share the bathroom, kitchen, and the balcony.

The bedroom measures around 190x310cm and has a window on the balcony side. There is an inbuilt closet with some storage space above it.

The living room is on the street side of the building and measures around 485x425cm.

There is currently some furniture in the living room that can remain there if you'd like, temporarily if need be.

The two rooms are meant for a single tennant. I'm looking for a working flatmate who helps out with the chores in the kitchen and bathroom, and for the rest we each do our own thing.
