About the place

First month is the full apartment for 1 person, me, owner am abroad for work. After a month there is the possibility to be in the other room and share the house with me for another month or two. Conditions to speak leter if both parts agree.
The house is fully equipped with all facilities. Internet, (wifi),  shared kitchen with all equipments and an eating table.
Bathroom with washing machine and a separated toilet. 
The master room has a doubble bed.
A iKEA closet, that only a part of it is for use.
Nice and complete living room with a big round table, 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa.
Relax atmosphere, spacious and bright house. for a full month the complete house for your use, after will be all to share with me, the owner.
The kitchen gives entry to the "sunny" balcony, the same as the master room, that has direct access to the balcony. Good orientation and good location.
No pets allowed.

Important notice: room available from 15 August for 1 person. Non smoker.
