About the place

I'm subletting my 20sq meter room  while I'm away for 1,5 months. 

The ideal person is clean, responsible, sociable, honest, a non-smoker, and international. Students and interns are preferred but working professionals are also welcome.

The room is furnished with basic furniture.
The rental price for the room is €1.350 for 1.5 months (incl. g/w/e fees). Deposit is €1.000

Large 3-floor house, within biking distance of the city center.
You will share the house with 3 others: 2 students from UvA and 1 student from AMFI. We’re tidy, respectful, and friendly people. We enjoy having a chat over dinner every now and then.

We’re all pretty busy with work/study so parties and noise are strictly forbidden.
