About the place

Hello  guys,  

A New tenant is wanted ! (Preferably an expat ). 

The currant tenant is moving out on the 1st of November 2024. Thus, the room is available for rent from there onwards.

The entire pace is around 70m2 and is located on the first floor. The room for rent is around 25m2. You are sharing the apartment with another dutch gentleman who works in  fire&safety industry. 

The price includes Utilities fees. 
The registration is also possible for 1 person.
