The spacious apartment features two living areas, two kitchens with dining areas, two bedrooms, two study rooms, and two bathrooms. It also includes a small balcony with large doors.

A 15-minute walk to Central Station or the Rotterdam city center. Shops, public transport (tram, metro, bus), and major highways (A20/A13) are just around the corner.

The cosy Vroesen park is only a 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment comes with a high-quality kitchen equipped with luxury built-in equipment (combi microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of cabinet space, etc.).

Fully furnished and decorated. Includes a large flat-screen TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc. You only need to bring your toothbrush. 

Please note: the apartment is available for a maximum of 2 individuals or a family.

Short-term stay is also negotiable.
