I'm looking for someone (a couple or two friends) to rent my spacious and light apartment on a beautiful avenue very near to Maashaven and Katendrecht. 

The house has two floors and five rooms and is situated on the third and fourth (top) floor of the building. 
• The third floor consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom/front room and bathroom.
• The fourth floor consists of two bedrooms.
• Stairs to access the roof with a beautiful view on the skyline (however, this is officially not a roof terrace) 

Of the five rooms, three can be used as a bedroom. If you only need two bedrooms, you'll have a huge living area (more than 60m2) that can be split in a separate dining room and seating room.

• Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave
• Bathroom with bathtub and shower
• Space for washing machine and dryer (can be hidden)

• 5 min walk to the Saturday market on Afrikaanderplein
• 10 min walk to Katendrecht
