About the place

AVAILABLE FROM 29TH May TO 22ND JUNE

Me and my partner are looking for someone who will stay at our place for 3.5 weeks while we are on holiday. (You will have the entire apartment for yourself)

It is a spacious, newly built apartment with a great view near Rijnhaven metro station (3 min walk). The place has a living room/kitchen, a separate bedroom, bathroom/toilet, and a small balcony. It is fully furnished with a washing machine, closet, bed, TV, and fridge/freezer. There are Jumbo (3 min walk), Albert Heijn, Lidl, Etos, Kruidvat, and many restaurants within 10 min walking. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

The total rent is €1.200 with a deposit of €1.200. We are looking for someone clean and tidy who can stay for the period fully, preferably 1 person/couple.
