Lovely room to rent in The Terrace Tower building! A a 2 bedroom apartment shared with me. The rent is 935€ per person and probably will increase in July. 

The room is unfurnished. The apartment has two bedrooms, a very spacious living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a toilet room, and a small storage room.

The new tenant needs some documentation based on the landlord’s requirements, so the person needs to have a BSN, ideally with a fixed contract and ideal annual gross salary around 53k. The bedroom is available now. Please send me a DM with a brief introduction if you’re interested!
