Located on a quiet & green street in the popular neighbourhood of Liskwartier, this beautiful apartment combines Dutch tradition with a modern and cosy feel. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 106 year old building. 

The apartment has two large bedrooms and a 3rd smaller children's room with baby cot, ideal for a child up to 3 years old. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and sink, and separate toilets on each level. 

The heart of the place is an open-plam living room connected to the kitchen and a dining area that can fit up to 12 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large gas stove, Philips coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and everything needed to cook a delicious meal.

On the first level you will find a guest toilet, a hallway and the open-plan living room area. The area has a large HD smart TV (Netflix included), a Sonos sound system, a reading corner with daybed, and over 15 different plants. In the corner you will also find a work-from-home space with an adjustable desk and a second screen.

On the next floor you will find the main bedroom, a separate toilet, the study/spare bedroom, the baby room and the bathroom. The study has a sofa-bed which folds out to a double bed with extra mattress and bedding if needed. The work space also offers a second screen.

The roof terrace is accessible from the second level via the storeroom and offers beautiful 360 views of Rotterdam with a gas BBQ and a seating area.

The apartment is perfectly suited for a work-from-home scenario. If you don't mind the staircase the space is also perfect for a family, even with a baby.

The apartment is on a beautiful quiet street but walking distance from the vibrant Oude Noord area which has plenty of interesting shops, bars, restaurants and a vibey Saturday market (which we can highly recommend!). Central station is a 10min cycle or 20min walk.

Other things to note
The stairs to enter the apartment are built in typical Dutch style and are steep. People who have trouble climbing a lot of stairs might not be a good fit for this apartment.
