About the place

Students welcome. I am a student who has a room available in a newly renovated 100m² house in the quiet and green Lombardijen neighborhood.

The room is furnished. The bed has storage drawers and a wardrobe. There is also a desk with a desk lamp and chair. The kitchen was renovated in 2025 (see photos). The bathroom is currently being renovated in the same style as the kitchen. The bathroom renovation is scheduled for completion by September 4, 2025.

From Lombardijen Station, a train runs every 10 minutes, takes you to Blaak in 6 minutes, takes you to Rotterdam Central Station in 9 minutes, takes you to Delft Station in 24 minutes, and takes you to The Hague Central Station in 40 minutes.

There is also a bus service from Lombardijen Station every 15 minutes, and a bus to the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus in 22 minutes.

Cycling from the house to Lombardijen station takes 4 minutes.

The rent includes service charges, an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
