- Thursday from 15.00-18.00.

NOTE: In the video I say there's 1 tenant, but that's not correct. The video is from 9 months ago, and both tenants will now move out and the apartment will be fully empty and available for 2 new tenants.

FAQ:
Registration: yes, you can register at the city hall with the signed contract and a copy of my passport.
Length of stay: can I rent for less than 12 months? Yes, but the rent will be higher. Please message me to discuss.

THE APARTMENT
A fully renovated and furnished apartment. The apartment is very spacious with high ceiling (2.8m). It has a living room with balcony, kitchen with balcony, a bathroom, separate toilette, 2 bedrooms and 1 guest room. On the ground floor there's community parking space for bicycles and a private 10m shed.

LOCATION
The apartment is located in the city centre of Rotterdam right at metro station Dijkzigt and the Erasmus Medical Centre is across the road. There are also a lot of tram stations nearby. It's situated the the lively neighbourhood with lots of shops, restaurants and cultural spots nearby, such as the Archeology Museum and the Rotterdam's largest art museum 'Kunsthal'.
