I am responsible, organized and easy to live with, a non-smoker with no pets, and I take good care of any space I live in. Financially, the rent is covered by my parents, who already finance two rental properties in the Netherlands for my sisters and are fully prepared to take on this commitment as well. I am not just looking for a short-term solution, I want somewhere I can genuinely settle into and make my own for the duration of my studies.

But the housing situation is also a bit terrifying as I want to have a place where I can anchor now (I don't want to move around for a while anymore :D). But we all have to make do with what we have, therefore I can describe myself as someone easy to share tasks with.
