About the place

We offer an apartment on the 1st floor at Parkweg (Rivierenbuurt). A cozy apartment directly behind the central station and a view of the new central bus station. There is a shared entrance on the ground floor and an access door on the first floor. The property is split into an apartment on the ground floor and an apartment on the first floor.

Apartment is only rented fully furnished (double bed, cupboards, couch and kitchen equipment). Excellent for an expat or temporary stay.

Communal Entrance (5m²) with separate space for a washing machine. The washing machine is shared with another apartment. On 1st floor private access door with a living room (20 m2), a bedroom (14 m2) a new kitchen (9 m2) with all appliances (dishwasher, combi microwave, induction hob, extractor), a balcony accessible via the kitchen and a bathroom ( 7 m2) with a bathtub, shower and toilet. Finally, an external storage room (4 m2) is available at the rear of the apartment.

-Basic rent: 675 per month
-Gas / Water / Electric: 100 per month
-Delivery of services by third parties (sewerage tax, waste tax, water tax, use of washing machine, WiFi internet, digital TV and furniture): 125 per month.

A total of 900 all-inclusive rent per month. Deposit 1 month rent.

Conditions:
- Maximum 1 person registration at the address.
- No government grant possible.
- There is no annual settlement of the Gas / Water/ Electric and delivery services to third parties.
