Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a two-person flat on Waterloolaan, starting August 1st.

𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁: €543
𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: €300 (negotiable) – includes all room furniture, big fridge in the living room, some kitchen utensils, and some metal shelves.

The apartment has two private bathrooms – the larger one is yours, but the shower is shared.

It also has two fridges, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer.

It is bright and well-kept, with a beautiful view over Groningen.
