About the place

Hi everyone, 

I am looking for someone to sublet my room for 6 months from August until December. I live at the Hoekstraat 54-1 together with another student that is currently studying Biology. 

The apartment is situated in the city centre of Groningen. You only have to bike 5 minutes to Poeleplein, or you could walk for 2 minutes and you'll be at Noorderplantsoen. Zernike is only a 12 minute bike ride. 

The apartment is fully furnished and also includes a dishwasher and 2 washing machines that we share with other tenants. The apartment is quite spacious and has a big terrace in the back. 

The rent per month including utilities is €850. 

We are looking for a male student that is aged between 18-25 years old.
