About the place

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to rent out my house at Molukkenstraat (in Amsterdam) for two months (see photos). The start date is flexible but will likely be around mid to late October.

The house is very clean and located in a great neighborhood. The rent is EUR 1600 excluding utilities, and an additional EUR 100 for heating costs. At the end of the rental period, we will check the actual usage to see if you are eligible for a refund or need to pay extra. The security deposit is EUR 2000, and at the end of the rental period, we will inspect the house together. If no damage is found, I will transfer the deposit back to you on the spot. 

I prefer to rent to a female tenant, though men are also welcome to respond (couples are also welcome). If you’re interested, please send a short introduction (in Dutch or English) about yourself, what you do (for work and other activities), where you’re from, what brings you to Amsterdam, and/or how long you’ve been living here.
