Through the well-kept communal entrance is the stairwell accessible. The apartment is located on the fourth floor.   In the hall is a spacious closet and there is ample space for the wardrobe.   The living room is connected with the open kitchen and is located at the front of the apartment, the large windows make it a wonderful light space. In the entrance, living room and continuous in the kitchen is a bamboo floor. The corner kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge-freezer and has plenty of storage space. The central heating boiler is also located here.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and washing machine. The separate toilet has also a sink.
The bedroom is located at the quiet rear of the apartment, a double bed with spacious closet is well placed here.
The balcony is accessible from the bedroom, located on the courtyard side and across the entire width of the apartment. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun all day.
The courtyard garden is accessible to all residents of the apartments.

Furniture during the rental period might differ from furniture in the pictures. The interior will nonetheless be similar and complete.
