I am looking to rent my fully furnished and equipped Amsterdam apartment for 6 months (Nov-Apr) while I'm in Portugal for the winter.

It's a 2 bedroom (64m2) in Noord (Banne-Buiksloot) and I'm asking €1,600 per month:

- Very large balcony with access from the living room and home office

- it's a 5 min bike from the metro, 15 min walk  
- indoor bike storage available 
- Shopping centre and hospital located within 2-3 min walk 
- Registration for 1 person for full 6 months possible

Deposit is €3,200 which includes the last months rent
