About the place

Hello everyone! 

I'm am looking for a respectful, clean and mature housemate to join me in a luminous 2-bedroom apartment. Perfect for those new to Amsterdam or seeking a new place! 

The Apartment: 
A luminous, modern 2-bedroom apartment situated at Zeeburgereiland. I live in a really nice neighborhood, where we respect each other and the quietness of the community. Therefore, houseparties are not welcome. It has a good connection to central station (7 min by metro or 20 min by bike). 

The Housemate: 
I'm a relaxed, introverted, Dutch fulltime working professional (31yo, female) who loves meeting people from diverse backgrounds. I moved to Amsterdam 2 years ago, and I value an active, healthy lifestyle, various sports (roadcycling, bouldering, running), and creating a respectful and harmonious living environment. 

The Essentials: 
The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with storage spaces. The room is furnished with, among other things, a bed with storage drawers, new mattress, closet, desk, mirror and bookcase. Furthermore, we share a spacious living area, a modern kitchen and bathroom, and a royal balcony. 

The Details: 
The rent is 1000,- excluding charges. The deposit is 2k. We'll split the monthly energy expenses (label A) equally, ensuring a fair and budget friendly arrangement for both of us. The move-in date is February 1, 2025 and the rental period will be a temporary stay of 6 months till 1 year. We can discuss further details about the move-in and move-out dates to accommodate your needs.
