About the place

I’m subletting my room in Rembrandtpark, Nieuw-West, Amsterdam from 18th December to 18th January (possible extension to 31st January). Rent is €800/month, inclusive of WiFi and electricity (heating charged separately based on usage, we’ll note the meter readings together). There’s a €400 refundable deposit, which is negotiable if you seem exceptionally trustworthy (it’s higher because of some valuable equipment like a screen and speakers)

The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, storage) in a 15th-floor, 3-bedroom apartment shared with two friendly and easygoing flatmates in their 30s. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and the location is peaceful, with a 7-minute walk through the park to the station and a 20-minute tram ride to the center. There’s even a petting zoo with adorable goats downstairs! 

House Rules: No smoking, no parties, no overnight guests, and I’d appreciate it if you could water my plants once a week 🌱
