Hi, I'm a 40-year-old woman and looking for a nice new roommate as of January 1st. Preferably between 35 and 50 years old, because of an equal phase of life (40 years ourselves). I am a relaxed person, I really like having fun in the house and I also think it is important to go my own way. Trust, being kind to each other and relaxation are important values in life for me. * €1933 per month basic rent in total (so €967 p.p./month).
NDSM is a wonderful place to live and close to 't IJ. Nice catering spots nearby. The apartment is quiet and is really just behind the NDSM ferry.
