Hi! We are moving from Germany to Rotterdam on November 1st, where I'm starting a permanent position with a Dutch employer. We're looking for a furnished apartment or studio for 2 months (Nov–Dec) while we search for a long-term home. About us: We are non-smoking, quiet and tidy tenant with a stable income and I can provide my employment contract, proof of income and references from previous landlords. I treat every home as if it were my own and will leave the apartment in perfect condition. We have two calm, neutered indoor cats — clean, well-behaved and used to apartment living. I can pay the full rental period upfront, decide quickly, and I'm available for a video call anytime.
