I have now lived here for 3 years and caught some of the Dutch skills during that trip too. I work for Nike. It means that I appreciate a more quiet home environment and perhaps roommates that also enjoy chill movie nights at home while cooking together. That doesn’t rule out a place where people enjoy having friends over or have house parties sometimes. I am all up for good vibes! Roommates = possible new friendships, but also having just a nice and chill place to call my own isn’t bad either. I am a very clean person and enjoy cleaning as I go. Especially if I have my music going through the headphones I start power cleaning. I love animals ( used to have 3 dogs, and cat sit for some families) so a furry roommate isn’t a problem either, just don’t have one myself.
