Ik ben Josha. Ik kom uit Eindhoven. Afgelopen zomer ben ik naar Krimpen aan den IJssel verhuisd om te studeren. Door woonomstandigheden en het mogelijk veranderen van opleiding zoek ik nu een andere woning. Ik heb dus al een keer eerder gehuurd. Ik ben 17 jaar (18 in juli). Als hobby's doe ik aan hardlopen, fietsen en pianospelen. Ik doe momenteel een opleiding als maritiem officier, maar aankomend jaar wil ik de VAVO doen om zo door te stromen naar het WO geneeskunde. Ik ben een rustige en nette huurder. Ik heb met mijn huidige huisbaas nooit problemen gehad.

Huur en vaste lasten worden bij mij altijd op tijd betaald. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik regelmatig, in de zomer wakeboard ik graag en ik ben betrokken bij het organiseren van evenementen voor de universiteit en advocatenkantoren. Ik ben op zoek naar een fijne plek in Leiden waar ik mij kan focussen op mijn studie, werk en toekomst.
