We're both starting a Master's program at ArtEZ this September, combining our studies with part-time work here in Zwolle. Marcos already has a part-time job at a restaurant in the city, and Helena has retail work experience. Both of us can provide proof of income through our work contracts, and we also have family support backing us up financially, so rent won't be an issue. We're calm, quiet, and tidy people. We don't smoke and don't have pets. In our free time we enjoy relaxed, low-key activities: Marcos is into indie video games, jazz, and creative hobbies like drawing, crafts, and crochet; Helena loves reading and watching series. Neither of us is looking for a party lifestyle. We value a peaceful home. We're currently taking Dutch lessons and can already get by with basic Dutch, with plenty of motivation to keep improving. Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou ervan om de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd te houden en geniet van een gezellige sfeer in huis - of dat nu een snelle koffie in de ochtend is of af en toe samen koken.
