I am currently in Utrecht, being a homeless, but surviving by staying at friends’ places thankfully with their helps, so really desperate and need a space in urgent. Thereby, I would like to have the contract immediately from this month. The reason I am looking for a new place is because I have moved out of my previous room due to an exchange program for half a year in my home country. I have been living in the Netherlands for more than three years, and have the experience of living myself by renting a room. So, I would like to say I know how to keep the rental property clean and I am a neat person. As it was a room with shared areas, I was considerate of it and kept it clean for neighbors with responsibility. In the Netherlands, I have a peaceful lifestyle, which is having coffee on terraces and watching movies or series as my major is about media. Last three years with this, I have reflected on myself a lot and get to know how to appreciate the present and this moment, having an organized and positive attitude towards life with responsibility as well. Since I am a student, my father is a guarantor and I am willing to send a certificate of his gross income if it is needed. Not only with his job, I have had part-time jobs in the Netherlands at cafe or restaurants for more experience, which might be also another supporting option for paying rental fees just in case. Plus, I will be working at a Vietnamese restaurant at Voorstraat, Sàigòn, in the upcoming week in March! If I get chosen, I want to have a long-term contract (if we can make it of course) like at least longer than one year because I would like to do master program or get a future job in Utrecht.  Lastly, if you need proof of my guarantor’s income, as mentioned, I will send you the document with the certificate of family relation. However, my landlord had some issues with the municipality, thus I am getting evicted at the end of April and looking for a new place to stay. I am doing the research master in Psychology at the UvA, so an apartment in the ring (Oost, Zuid, Oud-West, Centre) would be nice since it’s close to the university, as well as the city centre. My budget is between 700-1000€ per month. The duration of the master is two years so I am looking to stay for that period or long-term if possible, especially since I am planning on staying and working in the Netherlands afterwards. I am open to sharing an apartment and have experience with roommates, as I had three roommates in my old apartment. I‘m from Germany and love travelling and learning new languages. I speak German, English and am currently learning Dutch. I also speak a little bit of French, Spanish and Korean.

Hey, Ik ben Rafael en ik ben 19 jaar. Ik woon op dit moment nog in Groningen, maar ik ben van plan om aankomend jaar rechtsgeleerdheid te gaan studeren aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Vandaar dat ik nu nog op zoek ben naar een kamer. Naast mijn studie vind ik het leuk om in mijn vrije tijd te sporten. Ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool en speel daarnaast tennis en paddel. Daarnaast vind ik het leuk om lekker te gaan eten en om af en toe een drankje te doen met vrienden. Ik heb nu al zin om met mijn rechtenstudie te beginnen in Amsterdam maar ben nog hopeloos op zoek naar een kamer, dus hopelijk heb jij een plekje voor mij vrij. :)
