Ik wil een rustige en comfortabele woonruimte zodat ik in alle rust kan leven. De studio lijkt hiervoor de ideale plek. Daarnaast ben ik een betrouwbare en verantwoordelijke huurder. Ik heb altijd mijn huur tijdig betaald en zorg ervoor dat de woning goed onderhouden blijft. Ik ben gewend om zorgvuldig om te gaan met eigendommen en respecteer de regels van de verhuurder. Ik ben ook flexibel en sta open voor het onderhouden van goed contact met u als verhuurder, mocht er ooit iets zijn wat aandacht nodig heeft. Ik zou het zeer op prijs stellen om in de toekomst meer informatie te ontvangen en eventueel een bezichtiging in te plannen. Mocht u verdere vragen hebben of aanvullende documenten nodig zijn, dan ben ik uiteraard bereid om die te verstrekken.
