Nick verdient bruto € 2.693 per maand, Luanna verdient bruto €2026, wat samen neerkomt op een jaarlijks gezamenlijk bruto inkomen van ongeveer € 56628. We kunnen de huur daardoor zonder zorgen dragen en vinden het belangrijk om financieel altijd ruim op tijd en correct te betalen. We zijn ontzettend rustige mensen: we geven niet om feestjes, houden niet van drukte en hebben nooit voor overlast gezorgd. Thuis is voor ons een veilige, rustige plek waar we tot rust komen — en daar gaan we met uiterste zorg mee om. Netheid, respect en verantwoordelijkheid zijn voor ons vanzelfsprekend. We zouden de woning behandelen alsof het ons eigen huis is. Het zou voor ons heel veel betekenen als we in aanmerking mochten komen. We hopen oprecht dat u ons de kans wilt geven om te laten zien dat wij de perfecte, zorgvuldige en dankbare huurders zouden zijn.
