I'm Joe, 21, and I run a web design and marketing agency in Amsterdam. I graduated from the VU this July with a BSc in Artificial Intelligence. I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.

Hi! Ik ben Hadassah, ben 28 jaar en ik kom uit omgeving Heerhugowaard! Op dit moment woon ik tijdelijk bij mijn ouders in Assendelft totdat ik ergens anders een plekje heb gevonden om te wonen. Vanaf 1 november ga ik fulltime werken in Den Haag, dus ik ben op zoek naar een plekje in Den Haag. Ik ben 28 en kom uit Vlissingen (opgegroeid in Middelburg). Momenteel woon en werk ik in Zeeland. En wil graag van plek veranderen, met als doel: Nieuwe ervaringen (in werk maar ook in het leven) en andere omgeving. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (fitness met lessen zoals Pilates en body combat), ben ik graag buiten en vind ik het leuk om samen te eten of iets gezelligs te doen, maar ik kan ook prima mijn eigen ding doen. Ik wil vanaf 1 oktober in Den Haag of omstreken wonen. Als simpel persoon heb ik weinig verwachtingen van anderen. Ik vind het leuk dat mensen zichzelf kunnen en durven te zijn. En in huis wil ik dat mensen zich vrij voelen. Ik ben schoon, opgeruimd en rustig. Slaap super diep, dus een druk huis is helemaal geen probleem.
