Hoi! Mijn naam is Lily, ik word in september 18 jaar en ik ruil het bruisende Brussel binnenkort in voor het mooie Utrecht. Vanaf het nieuwe collegejaar start ik aan de Universiteit Utrecht met de Academische Pabo. Ik wist al vroeg dat ik het onderwijs in wilde, en deze studie is voor mij de absolute droomstap. Thuis in Brussel ben ik een gezellige en levendige boel gewend: ik woon daar met mijn ouders, mijn broertje van 10 en mijn tweelingbroertje en -zusje van 4. Door dat dynamische gezin ben ik heel zorgzaam en zelfstandig ingesteld, heb ik geleerd om goed tegen een stootje te kunnen en weet ik als geen ander hoe je rekening houdt met elkaar in één huis. Omdat Utrecht een gloednieuw avontuur voor me is, zoek ik niet zomaar een vierkante meter, maar een gezellige thuisbasis. Ik ben perfect tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans) en spreek ook Engels, wat handig is in een internationale stad. Daarnaast neem ik graag wat Brusselse gezelligheid mee naar Utrecht: ik ben altijd in voor samen eten, borrelen of een filmavond, en als goedmaker voor mijn Belgische accent wil ik best een keer echte Vlaamse stoofvlees of wafels voor het huis maken! I'm Sergio, a 20-year-old (turning 21 in November) Italian student currently living near Geneva, Switzerland. This September I'll be starting a Master's in Experimental Physics in Utrecht, after finishing my Bachelor's in Geneva. I've grown up in an international environment and I'm really looking forward to being part of Utrecht's diverse student community. For the past three years I've shared university apartments with three housemates, so I'm well used to communal living — I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and quiet. I'm a sociable person who enjoys a good hangout, but I equally value my quiet time. I speak Italian, French, and English fluently, and I'm excited to start learning Dutch. Outside of studies, I love sports — especially team or racquet sports — and spending time outdoors, particularly hiking in the Alps near Geneva. I won't be able to visit in person before September, but I'm able to start renting immediately if needed. Financially, I'm fully supported by my parents until I find part-time work. Hoi, ik ben Delmer! Ik ben 18 jaar oud en Ik woon in zuid-Friesland.
