I’m looking for housing ideally for the duration of my studies, though I'm open to discussing what works for you. I'm a non smoker and don't drink or use drugs, and I’ll be spending the majority of my time at university studying and playing a lot of sports, so you can expect a quiet, respectful tenant. My parents are my guarantors and are happy to provide financial documentation or proof of funds if needed, so there's no concern around rent payments.
