Hi, I'm an ERASMUS student coming to Utrecht to study at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences this end of August and I'm looking for a place to stay during my 5 month exchange period. Ideally, I'd like a place that's either an apartment (in a student house), a studio or a room. it can be shared with other residents as long as they're female. I don't smoke and I don't own any pets. Preferably, I would like to stay at the Utrecht Science park or the center of Utrecht (near the subway central station).

Hello, I am Ismael, from Portugal, living and working in Enschede for almost five years now. My studies background is in Multimedia Arts and am interested in other various subjects as well. Currently looking for a new room/studio in Enschede, with a private sink, preferably in a tranquil area, long-term stay (in principle, at least two years). BRP (Basisregistratie Personen) is a must. Although I am an easy-going and social person, I balance it out with my private time while respecting others'. A place without regular parties would be ideal. My target budget sits between €300 and €500 per month (varying depending on overall conditions).
