Ik ben Tim, 31 jaar uit Utrecht. Ik ben sociaal, verzorgd en leergierig. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik me bezig met boulderen, kitesurfen, koken en creatieve uitspattingen zoals programmeren en elektronica, klussen, naaien en tekenen. Ik heb gewerkt in de IT- en academische wereld, en momenteel in de culturele sector bij TivoliVredenburg. Ik ben een verantwoorde en rustige huurder. Een opgeruimd en schoon huis vind ik belangrijk, en als sporadische doe-het-zelver weet ik goed zorg te dragen voor mijn woning en omgeving.

Nu nog is het bedrijf waar ik werk in Nijkerk gevestigd maar dit jaar gaat het verhuizen naar Hilversum. Idealiter zou ik medio mei/ juni 2026 meeverhuizen naar Hilversum of omgeving. Baarn , Bussum .. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Alkmaar, ben in Utrecht gaan studeren en na mijn studiejaren gaan werken voor een opleidingsbedrijf. Heel graag zou ik een zelfstandige woonruimte vinden met eigen entree. Ik ben single, heb vrienden voor het sociale leven maar geen drukke of luidruchtige hobby’s. Ik ga naar de kerk, wandel graag en bezoek nu en dan een goed concert. Aan mij zult u een betrouwbare huurder hebben voor de een langere tijd.

Hoi! Ik ben Minthe en ik kom uit Zuid-Limburg. Aankomend schooljaar ga ik Bouwkunde studeren aan de HAN in Arnhem, dus ik ben op zoek naar een fijne kamer omdat de reistijd anders echt te lang wordt. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief: ik speel tennis en ga het liefst elk jaar op wintersport. Daarnaast hou ik van gezellige dingen op z’n tijd, zoals spelletjesavonden, samen eten of een filmavond. Ik kook ook graag, dus af en toe iets lekkers samen maken vind ik alleen maar leuk 🙂 Ik ben een rustig en net persoon en hou van een schoon en opgeruimd huis. Ik vind het fijn als er een goede balans is tussen je eigen ding doen en af en toe gezelligheid samen. Ik rook niet. Als ik eenmaal een beetje gesetteld ben in Arnhem, wil ik ook graag een bijbaan zoeken. Op dit moment ben ik 17 jaar en in oktober word ik 18. Hello! I'm a self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) who relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. in February. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! I would love my independence and a studio or apartment, but I also understand the housing shortage yields few or unaffordable rentals, so I'd be open to discussing sharing in a bright, comfortable place with someone kind and respectful, who appreciates some privacy and room to breathe. :) I have no pets, but huge bonus if you do! ;) Registration is necessary.
