I am relocating to the Netherlands to pursue my Master of Science in Industrial Design at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). My goal is to complete my academic journey and round out my professional profile, and the Netherlands has always been the place where I see myself living, growing, and thriving. I graduated from the University of Ferrara in Italy and bring a wealth of international experience. I have been living independently as a student for the past five years, during which I completed an Erasmus exchange in La Coruña, Spain, and lived in Berlin, Munich, and Copenhagen. I can guarantee absolute financial reliability and promptness with all payments, supported by a gross monthly income of €6,500. Until recently, I held the position of Head of Design for the European branches of the international brand Takara Belmont. This role allowed me to become entirely financially independent and build the necessary liquidity to cover rent, deposits, and any unforeseen expenses immediately. Furthermore, I have the full financial backing of my family and own real estate property in Bologna, Italy, which further demonstrates my long-term financial stability and creditworthiness. Having lived abroad and shared housing for five years, I am fully aware of what it takes to be an exemplary tenant. I am deeply respectful of shared spaces, cleanliness, house rules, and the peace of my neighbors. Indoors, I am a very quiet, orderly, and calm person who values a peaceful environment to focus on my studies. Please also note that I am a strict non-smoker, I do not own any pets, and I prefer a pet-free household. Outside of my academic life, I am passionate about art, cinema, music, and photography. I am also an avid sportsman, I love trekking and am an Italian national champion in both Taekwondo and Kickboxing, disciplines that have taught me a great deal about mutual respect, self-discipline, and responsibility. I am a warm, friendly, and social person who loves to cook, share a great conversation over a glass of wine, and learn from people of different backgrounds. Ideally, I would prefer to move into the room around August 20th. However, I am entirely flexible and more than willing to take the room as early as the beginning of August to secure the lease.
