I'm a future UT CS student who's looking for a room! I love music and drawing, and I know the importance of keeping a place clean. I do not smoke or own a pet. I also have been learning a bit of Dutch to try to integrate with the Dutch culture, so I am really looking forward to learning the real thing once I get there!

Mijn naam is Rick, 25 jaar en studeer momenteel Journalistiek aan Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg. Vanaf 1 september ga ik voor twintig weken stage lopen bij Videonieuwsbericht in Hilversum. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne plek waar ik gedurende mijn stageperiode rondom Hilversum kan wonen. Ik zou mijzelf omschrijven als een gezellige, maar ook rustige gast. Ik ben een groot muziek fan, ga graag naar festivals en concerten, en koop ook geregeld vinylplaten in diverse genres. Daarnaast ben ik zeker niet vies van een (speciaal)biertje en geniet ik van formule 1, voetbal en films en series.

After a 6-month gap spent in France working and learning a new language, I am starting a master’s in engineering at TU Delft this September. I am looking for a room in a student residence, as I believe it would represent the perfect environment to live this experience. I have always shared living spaces and I’m used to communicating with my roommates to help keep a comfortable and friendly space for everybody. I lived in a double room during the 3 years of my bachelor, in a student residence during my Erasmus and in a shared apartment during my last experience abroad. I am an organized and easy-going person who enjoys sports, travelling and spending time with others.

I'm Juan, a 25 year old Chemistry Master's student at Utrecht University. I'm focusing on sustainable methods of reusing and cleaning water, which I want to bring back to my home country of Mexico. During the week, I work 9-5 on my thesis at Science Park. On the weekends, I work part-time to support my studies. In my free time I climb, read and listen to a lot of music. Mostly I enjoy creating my own art for my experimental electronic music project, but more recently I'm also learning to play guitar. I'm also learning French for my future internship, so if you speak it and would like to learn Spanish hit me up! Despite my musical endeavors, I'm not a loud roommate at all, more so one that enjoys cooking together and hanging out over a drink. I'm always looking for people to share ideas and create with. Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven. Hoi! Ik ben Tommy, 19 jaar en kom uit Amsterdam, waar ik woon met mijn ouders en mijn zusje van 7. Afgelopen jaar heb ik door Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland en Fiji gereisd en in Australië ook een aantal maanden gewerkt. Ik heb er veel mensen leren kennen, veel buiten geleefd en ben behoorlijk zelfstandig geworden. Het liefst was ik stiekem nog wat langer gebleven, maar nu heb ik vooral zin in een nieuw avontuur in Groningen! In september begin ik met Biologie aan de RUG en daarom zoek ik een leuke kamer én een gezellig huis. Ik ben sociaal, relaxed en sportief: ik windsurf, tennis en ben regelmatig in de sportschool. Ook hou ik van koken en gezond eten, gezellig samen eten en dingen ondernemen. Na een jaar in hostels en gedeelde huizen ben ik gewend om met anderen samen te wonen, rekening met elkaar te houden én mijn eigen zooi op te ruimen ;). Lijkt het jullie wat? I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets either. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time. Thanks to this I am already used to sharing bathrooms, kitchens or livingrooms with other people. I am respectful of others and their personal space.
