I'm looking for a room or apartment where I can officially register my address (inschrijving) at the municipality. This is important for me as I need a registered address for work, banking, and other administrative purposes in the Netherlands. I'm a reliable, tidy, and respectful tenant, and I'm looking for a stable place I can call home. Open to both shared housing and studio/apartment options, and happy to provide references or documentation as needed.

My daughter and her boyfriend, Dániel Andor Novaki, who has also been admitted to the Bachelor’s programme at the same university, are looking for a long-term home in Groningen, or as a last resort, in the closer surrounding areas (Haren, Zuidhorn, Bedum, Winsum, Hoogezand, Sauwerd), where they can live together during their studies. They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Hallo toekomstige verhuurder! 😊 Mijn naam is Robert en samen met mijn partner Maria zijn we op zoek naar een fijn, rustig plekje voor onszelf waar we echt ons thuis van kunnen maken. We werken allebei bij hetzelfde bedrijf. Ik werk er inmiddels al vijf jaar met een vast contract en verdien een vast salaris van ongeveer € 3.000 bruto per maand. Maria is in september 2026 begonnen met werken hier in Nederland. Zij heeft een tijdelijk contract dat automatisch wordt verlengd en verdient ongeveer € 2.600 bruto per maand.
