My name’s Ruben, I’m Dutch but grew up in England, I’m 27 years old, working part-time as I’m finishing my final year of studies in Architecture. I’ve been living in Amsterdam for 4 years already and need to move out of my apartment by July 30th. Hi! My name is Ileana and I'll start my Master's degree this September at the University of Twente in Enschede. I've lived in student dorms while completing my Bachelor's degree, so I'm very used to sharing spaces, having a cleaning schedule with multiple flatmates and just being a good communicator overall. I also have many hobbies, some of them being reading, traveling and playing volleyball. I like trying new things, so I recently started bouldering, which I really enjoy at the moment. I have a cat, which I love dearly and I take very good care of her. Her name is Duli and she is a very cuddly, clingy cat, so I would love to be able to continue to live with her in Enschede. I can fully take care of her and keep her just in my room in a shared flat, but if other flatmates want to meet her and pet her, they are obviously welcomed to do so. I'm a sociable person and I love meeting new people, but I also enjoy quiet evenings from time to time. I'm also an adventurous person who like outdoors activities. Sinds september 2025 ben ik met mijn eerste baan gestart als onderzoekstechnicus/onderzoeker bij de microbiologie afdeling aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, echter woon ik nu nog in mijn studentenstad Wageningen wat een reistijd van (minimaal, als het OV meezit) 4 uur per dag met zich meebrengt om op mijn werk en thuis te geraken. Daarnaast zal ik in juli 2026 mijn huidige woning uitgezet worden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning idealiter een stukje dichter bij mijn werk :). Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en vind het belangrijk dat een woning schoon en netjes blijft. Ik heb een vast werkritme en ben doordeweeks vooral gericht op werk en ontspanning thuis. In het weekend vind ik het gezellig om af en toe iets te ondernemen met vrienden, maar thuis hecht ik vooral aan rust en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ben ik creatief bezig (haken, breien, af en toe schilderen, bakken en koken) en breng ik graag tijd buiten door.

Hi! My name is Daniela Mirensky. I was born and raised in Mexico, and three years ago I moved to Maastricht to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. Next semester, I will be starting my Master’s in Infection and Immunity at Utrecht University. A little bit about myself: I am very focused on my studies and academic development. During my Bachelor’s, I was part of both the Honours Programme and MaRBLe+, which allowed me to further develop my research and professional skills. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, exercising, spending time with friends, and doing air-dry clay crafts. I am a responsible, organized, social, and respectful tenant. My parents currently support me financially and will continue to cover my rent and living expenses during my studies. At the same time, I am also hoping to start working part-time alongside my Master’s to become more independent and gain additional experience. Hallo! Bij deze zal ik kort wat over mezelf vertellen en waarom ik (met lichte spoed) een kamer zoek: Ik ben dit jaar toegelaten in mijn droomstudie (ZGS)! Ik heb de afgelopen twee jaar in de tussentijd in Groningen gestudeerd en in een appartement daar op kamers gewoond. Van Groningen naar het campus in Utrecht reizen elke dag is helaas echt niet te doen (+2,5u enkele reis). Daarom zoek ik met lichte spoed een kamer/appartement/studio voor aankomend studiejaar (en evt langer). Ik heb nu 2 jaar in een appartement gewoond, exclusief, waarbij ik dus alle verantwoordelijkheden ken. Ik heb met mijn huidige verhuurder altijd fijn en voorspoedig contact gehad. Mijn ouders staan ook volledig garant voor de financiering. Hierdoor is huur (en andere kosten) betalen voor mij geen probleem. Ik ben zelf een verantwoordelijke en vrolijke student. Ik ben vooral gericht op sporten (paardrijden, hardlopen, sportschool), studie (zorg, gezondheid, samenleving), en mijn vrienden. Ik hoop enorm een fijn plekje te vinden voordat de introductie weken beginnen, zodat ik niet het begin van het jaar hoef te missen. Als ik evt in aanmerking zou komen voor een woning hoor ik dit graag! Ik heb alle behorende documenten al in een pdf klaar staan, en stuur die dan door.
