Hoi! Ik ben 20 jaar en zit momenteel in mijn tweede jaar van de opleiding Vastgoedkunde aan de Hanzehogeschool. Op dit moment loop ik stage in Zwolle en vanaf 1 januari 2027 hoop ik in een leuke, zelfstandige studio in Groningen te wonen. In mijn vrije tijd voetbal ik graag en vind ik het leuk om af en toe te gamen. Daarnaast ben ik sociaal en ga ik graag met vrienden de stad in om gezellig een drankje te doen. Hoi, mijn naam is Ahhyun Lee. Ik ben 19 jaar oud en van Zuid-Koreaanse afkomst, maar ik woon al langere tijd in Nederland met een geldige Nederlandse verblijfsvergunning (type V). Ik heb mijn middelbare schoolopleiding hier afgerond en begin binnenkort met mijn studie Farmacie aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Momenteel woon ik bij mijn ouders in Eindhoven, maar vanwege de lange reistijd naar Utrecht ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte in Utrecht. Ik heb een stabiele inkomstenbron: ik geef bijles aan drie leerlingen, waarmee ik rond €300 per maand verdien. Daarnaast ontvang ik €200 per maand aan ondersteuning van mijn ouders. Ik ben actief bezig met het vinden van een extra bijbaan naast mijn huidige werk. Mijn vader werkt bij ASML en mijn moeder geeft paar workshops afentoe met haar vriendin dus ze kunnen indien gewenst referentie of garantstelling bieden. Ik beschrijf mezelf als een rustige, nette en zelfstandige persoon. Mijn hobby’s zijn badmintonen, naar de gym gaan en boeken lezen. Ik rook niet, drink amper (door mijn religie: Christelijk), heb geen huisdieren en besteed veel aandacht aan een schone leefomgeving. Schoonmaken en hygiëne maken al sinds mijn jeugd deel uit van mijn dagelijkse routine. Thuis had ieder gezinslid een vaste taak, en ik was verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken van mijn kamer, derde verdieping en de badkamer. Daardoor ben ik van jongs af aan gewend om opgeruimd, georganiseerd en hygiënisch te leven. Ik hou niet van insecten, dus ik zorg er altijd voor dat mijn woonruimte schoon blijft en geen etensresten of rommel bevat. Tijdens reizen met vrienden neem ik vanzelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor afwassen, de prullenbak legen, opruimen en het netjes houden van de accommodatie. Dit werd zelfs gewaardeerd door de verhuurder, die mij later een bericht stuurde om te bedanken voor het netjes verlaten van de accommodatie. Daarnaast heb ik werkervaring in cafés en restaurants, waardoor ik gewend ben aan hoge hygiënestandaarden. Ik kan goed moppen, bleken en zorg ervoor dat mijn omgeving altijd netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, respecteer huisregels en ga zorgvuldig om met woonruimte. Zoals ik eerder benoemd, mijn ouders kunnen indien gewenst een referentie of garantstelling geven. Ik heb geen negatieve verhuurgeschiedenis en verhuurders kunnen rekenen op een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder.
