Hello! My name is Adam, I’m 19 years old and I come from Poland. In September, I’m starting my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology, with the goal of working in the medtech field in the future. I would describe myself as a very outgoing and open-minded person. I enjoy trying new things, taking on challenges, and I always try to keep a positive attitude, because I believe that mindset plays a big role in creating the life you want. I really like meeting new people, and I usually adapt quickly to international environments - I experienced that during a camp in Switzerland, where I met people from many different countries. Because of that, I think having a friendly and sociable housemate would make student life in Eindhoven even better. My biggest hobby is definitely travelling. I love discovering new places, learning about different cultures, and meeting people from around the world. Besides that, I enjoy learning languages, reading books, following political and social topics, playing computer games, and everything connected with technology, especially electronics and programming. I would also like to start doing some sports and learn Dutch once I move to Eindhoven. As a housemate, I am easy-going, calm, and respectful of others. I like keeping things clean and organized, and I am not someone who creates problems. I don’t smoke, I don’t have any pets, and I enjoy spending my free time improving my cooking skills and trying out new recipes. When it comes to finances, my father will be my guarantor at the beginning. However, I am planning to find a part-time job after arriving in Eindhoven, as I would like to become more independent. I already have some work experience from working in a café for half a year.
