Hallo! Mijn naam is N'gierro. Ik ben een internationale student uit Suriname en begin op 1 september met de bachelor Farmaceutische Wetenschappen aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Ik ben rustig, netjes, niet-roker en ga zorgvuldig met een woning om. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer waar ik mij volledig op mijn studie kan richten. My name is Henri. I live with my parents, my two brothers and our dog in a little town near Bremen (Germany). After finishing school i’ve worked a bit to travel to Asia with my girlfriend. After that gap year, I’ve started an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at a big company in my hometown. They produce plastic parts for example the food Industrie or the automotive Industrie. Now I’m finished with my apprenticeship. To improve my skills and learn something new I’m going to study industrial engineering and management at the twente university. That was a little overview of my life so far. Of course I’ve got also free time in my life wehre I’m do a lot of other thinks. I love doing any sport. Here in my hometown most of the time I’m going to the nearby CrossFit-Box, play Paddel, go for a run, go swimming or play Beachvolleyball with friends. I’ve also played football, tennis and handball in the past. So as you can see I love to try new things and sports out. Besides this I love to explore new cities and countries around the world. This is one of my favourite “hobby’s “ because you learn always something new about different cultures, different people and (maybe for me the most important thing) about new kitchens. And this is another hobby of mine. I love to cook. The Asien and the Italien kitchen are my most favourite kitchens. Every Christmas me and my two brothers cook for the family a special dish. So I would love to cook also with you guys every evening. The funniest part of cooking is to do it with friends. Sitting and eating together in the evening is an everyday ritual in our household. So I would like to continue with this ritual maybe by you. The rest of my free time I spend with my girlfriend or with my clique. Most of the time we are doing activities like game nights, driving to a sea, watching football or other stuff like this. We also organise special activities like in march we were in a snow dome or a weekend trip to Wangerooge. In my opinion these are the most fun activities. At the weekends we like to going party or only sit together, drink a few beer and play some cards.

Hoi! Ik ben Lilah. Eind augustus word ik 18 jaar. Ik ben in Duitsland geboren en woon al 10 jaar in Den Haag en spreek Nederlands. Mijn ouders zijn Frans en Kameroens. Op 1 september 2026 begin ik aan mijn studie psychologie aan de Radboud Universiteit en ben op zoek naar woonruimte in Nijmegen. Mijn ouders werken allebei in Den Haag en zullen zich voor mij garant stellen. Ik kan me makkelijk aanpassen aan een nieuwe omgevingen en nieuwe mensen. Ik houd van creatieve activiteiten (pottenbakken, tekenen, enz.), naar de sportschool en naar concerten gaan, en tijd doorbrengen met mijn vrienden en familie. Maar ik geniet net zo goed van rustige momenten waarop ik me op mijn studie kan concentreren. Ik pas heel regelmatig op kinderen en huisdieren, en ik vind het heerlijk om met onze hond te wandelen. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
