They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I grew up dancing in a Moravian folklore group, and I've played a bunch of instruments over the years (organ, classical and electric guitar, mandolin), though I don't get to them as much these days.
