Hi, I'm Keshini. I'm from Mauritius and I moved to Utrecht in August 2025 to pursue a BSc in Economics and Business Economics at Utrecht University. I have been living here for 7 months now, and I've been loving it since! I'm very grateful for my parents to be financially helping me with tuition fees, living expenses as well as rent so I don't need to worry about money, but I'm also working a part time job to boost my CV and gain more experience in general. I have also been very active in the student life at Utrecht University ever since I moved here. I've volunteered as a Peer Leader for the university's welcome week in August, and I'm the Chair of the Wellbeing Committee of ECU'92 at Utrecht University. I'm responsible for leading the committee and organising events and dividing the tasks among members. So far, we've organised several events such as a karaoke night, a Chess Tournament and also a Hiking activity and many more to come! I'm also really into fitness; I go to the gym at least twice a week and do yoga or pilates at home sometimes. I love reading and travelling as well, especially solo travelling. I started travelling in 2025 and I've been to 6 countries so far and I've also visited a few cities in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Maastricht and Leiden. I love doing anything that gets me out of my comfort zone.

Hoiii allemaal! Ik ben opzoek naar een (vaste) kamer in omgeving Delft-Den haag-Rotterdam. Nou even over mezelf! Ik ben Nikki, 18 (over een maandje 19) en woon momenteel in een dorpje naast Roermond. Ik ga komend jaar bouwkunde studeren aan TU Delft of HHS (sta op de wachtlijst bij Delft dus ik hoop nog op een plekje, anders ga ik naar Den Haag) en omdat de afstand echt onmogelijk is met de trein zoek ik iets in de buurt. Ik werk momenteel parttime in de horeca en in mijn vrije tijd doe ik echt vanallesss. Kleding maken, lekkere wijntjes drinken op het terras en reizen, vooral Zuid-Europa en Azië zijn mijn favo bestemmingen. Portugal & Japan hebben namelijk echt mijn hart gestolen! Maar hoe leuk ik op vakantie gaan ook vind, blijft mode echt mijn ding dus underdressed zul je me niet snel zien! Ik zoek een kamer vanaf juni-augustus. Ik ben een erg makkelijk persoon in de omgang, netjes en houd rekening met anderen! Ik betaal alles altijd optijd en ik ben erg sociaal dus ik zou veel gezelligheid meebrengen ;)

Hi, I’m Thanos. I’m a PhD student with a background in architecture, and I will be moving to Eindhoven for an internship. I’m looking for a furnished room in Eindhoven, preferably for a temporary stay from mid-June until mid-October, but I can be a bit flexible. I’m tidy, respectful, and used to living with other people. I like a home that feels calm and clean, but also friendly and social. I would describe myself as easy-going, curious and independent. I enjoy spending time with housemates, cooking or eating together (you have to try my Greek food recipes), having a drink or a relaxed evening at home, and having interesting conversations, but I also have my own routine and really respect everyone’s personal space. In my free time I enjoy art, design, films, travelling, hiking, cycling, and being active outdoors. Hi misschien wel toekomstige huisgenootjes, Mijn naam is Catharina, ik ben 19 jaar oud en kom uit Lunteren. Deze zomer begin ik als eerstejaars aan de bachelor Technische Bestuurskunde. Ik heb heel veel zin om te gaan studeren in Delft en al helemaal veel zin om op kamers te gaan. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met mijn Dienjaar. Ik woon en werk nu voor een jaar bij de marine aan boord van een oorlogsschip als matroos. Ik zit bij de technische dienst waarbij ik vooral lekker aan het klussen ben. Een lekkende kraan is geen probleem meer ;). Ik ben mee geweest op verschillende reizen en heb al heel wat havens aangedaan. Daar maken we de gekste dingen mee. Verder houd ik van sporten, reizen, muziek maken en van hiken. In Delft zou ik graag lid willen worden van een studentenvereniging. Weten jullie een leuke vereniging? I'm Justin (he/him), a 26-year-old American composer and violinist moving to The Hague in August 2026 on a Fulbright US Student Grant to study computer music at the Institute of Sonology (Royal Conservatoire). My project involves composing a new work for spatial audio using field recordings from The Hague—so I'll be spending a lot of time with headphones on, not throwing parties :) Looking to move in in mid-August but flexible with the date. I'm quiet, clean, and easygoing—I currently work as a music therapist and teach violin to kids, so I keep fairly regular hours. Outside of music I practice Zen meditation and watch way too many animated shows. I grew up on the East Coast and have lived in New York, New Mexico, and Seattle, so I'm adaptable and used to navigating new cities. I'm looking for a studio or a room in a shared apartment (ideally at least semi-furnished, private or semi-private bathroom) in The Hague or nearby — Delft also works great. Budget €800–1,100/month. My grant is guaranteed funding from the US government, so there are no income concerns.
